We kick things off with a brand questionnaire and a Zoom strategy call. This helps us get crystal clear on your goals, audience, and creative direction before we dive into design. Think of this as your boarding gate — where clarity meets creativity.

Step 2: Design Development

Once we know where we’re headed, we bring your vision to life. You’ll receive a custom concept (or concepts), design previews, and clear explanations of the choices we made. We’ll check in with you throughout, making sure everything aligns with your brand story.

Step 3: Refinements & Final Files

We refine your chosen concept with up to 5 revision rounds, fine-tuning every detail. Once approved, you’ll receive a full deliverables package with your logo suite, color codes, font files, brand guide, and anything else we agreed on — all ready for print, web, and social media.

From first idea to final file, we keep you in the loop with regular updates, feedback opportunities, and a seamless creative experience. No guesswork. No confusion. Just a first-class brand ready for takeoff.

Yes. All projects require full payment upfront to secure your spot in our design queue. We do not offer payment plans or deposits unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For website design, we offer a flexible split-payment option:

50% upfront to begin the project

50% upon final delivery, before the completed website is handed over

This setup ensures a smooth, secure process for both sides — and keeps your project on schedule without delays.

We accept EUR (€) for clients based in the European Union and USD ($) for international clients. The invoice will clearly mention the applicable currency.

Initial designs take between 10–14 business days. Larger or custom projects such as websites or planners may require more time. Rush delivery is available for an extra fee — let us know if you're in a hurry, and we’ll do our best to board your project sooner.

Each project includes five (5) rounds of revisions. Need more tweaks? No problem — extra revision rounds are billed at €40 / $45 each.

If there’s no response from you within 15 business days, a 20% ghosting fee will be applied to the total amount. Let’s keep the communication flowing so your brand can keep traveling forward.
