Great question — at Jaliyah Graphics, we treat your brand like a full journey, not a quick trip. Here’s what to expect when you book with us: Step 1: Discovery & Strategy We kick things off with a brand questionnaire and a Zoom strategy call. This helps us get crystal clear on your goals, audience, and creative direction before we dive into design. Think of this as your boarding gate — where clarity meets creativity. Step 2: Design Development Once we know where we’re headed, we bring your vision to life. You’ll receive a custom concept (or concepts), design previews, and clear explanations of the choices we made. We’ll check in with you throughout, making sure everything aligns with your brand story. Step 3: Refinements & Final Files We refine your chosen concept with up to 5 revision rounds, fine-tuning every detail. Once approved, you’ll receive a full deliverables package with your logo suite, color codes, font files, brand guide, and anything else we agreed on — all ready for print, web, and social media. From first idea to final file, we keep you in the loop with regular updates, feedback opportunities, and a seamless creative experience. No guesswork. No confusion. Just a first-class brand ready for takeoff.

Yes. All projects require full payment upfront to secure your spot in our design queue. We do not offer payment plans or deposits unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Exception for Website Design Projects and our packages : For website design, we offer a flexible split-payment option: 50% upfront to begin the project 50% upon final delivery, before the completed website is handed over This setup ensures a smooth, secure process for both sides — and keeps your project on schedule without delays.

We accept EUR (€) for clients based in the European Union and USD ($) for international clients. The invoice will clearly mention the applicable currency.

Initial designs take between 10–14 business days. Larger or custom projects such as websites or planners may require more time. Rush delivery is available for an extra fee — let us know if you're in a hurry, and we’ll do our best to board your project sooner.

Each project includes five (5) rounds of revisions. Need more tweaks? No problem — extra revision rounds are billed at €40 / $45 each.

If there’s no response from you within 15 business days, a 20% ghosting fee will be applied to the total amount. Let’s keep the communication flowing so your brand can keep traveling forward.

We do both! If you’re looking for clarity, consistency, and confidence in your branding — not just pretty visuals — we offer brand strategy add-ons that map out your vision, mission, messaging, and audience connection.

Absolutely! Many of our clients are repeat travelers on this creative journey. Whether you're scaling, rebranding, or launching something new — your seat with us is always open.

That’s okay! A lot of our clients come to us with a vision that's still unfolding. We’ll guide you through a discovery process to uncover your brand's direction — no clarity, no problem. We’re here to help shape your ideas into something real and powerful.

Yes, you can — and we actually recommend it! At Jaliyah Graphics, we offer special packages curated specifically for (starting) entrepreneurs who want to launch with confidence and consistency. Whether you need a complete visual identity, a scroll-stopping website, or both — our bundled services make sure everything flows seamlessly together. One booking, one creative direction, and a brand that’s built to grow with you. Just tell us where your business is headed, and we’ll help you take off in style.

We can absolutely work with that. We’ll build around your existing logo and elevate everything else — from color palette and typography to social media and brand visuals — so it still feels like you, just next-level.

We work exclusively with professional, high-resolution photos taken by a skilled photographer. Quality visuals are essential for creating designs that truly elevate your brand. Professional photography ensures your images are sharp, well-lit, and on-brand — making your final design look polished and consistent across all platforms. If you don’t have professional photos yet, we can recommend trusted photographers or share a brief so you know exactly what to ask for during your shoot.
